Shamrock Rovers FC is seeking a full-time Head of Academy Medical to lead our player development programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the Academy Medical Department for our boys (U8-U20) and girls (U17 & U19) academies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Academy Medical Department and a team of physiotherapists
- Assess, treat, and rehabilitate injuries for academy players
- Implement injury prevention programmes
- Maintain accurate medical records using ScribePro
Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
- Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy
- FAI Safeguarding 1 Certificate & Garda Vetting
- Experience in sports rehabilitation and acute injury management
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
