Shamrock Rovers Academy is recruiting a Head of Individual Player Development to lead our Transition Year Programme and support the growth of young talent at the club.
This full-time role involves:
- Overseeing the Transition Year Programme.
- Delivering a holistic player development approach.
- Working closely with parents, schools, and partners.
- Monitoring player progress and organising events.
You’ll need a UEFA A Licence, a degree in sports coaching or management, and experience in an academy environment.
